1. Introduction
Welcome to Indo German Motor Works. By accessing our services, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Offered
Indo German Motor Works provides automobile repair, denting and painting, maintenance, and other automotive services. The availability of services is subject to change without prior notice.

3. Appointment & Service Booking
Customers can book appointments through phone, email, or in person. We recommend scheduling in advance to ensure timely service. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.

4. Estimates & Pricing
We provide cost estimates based on initial inspections. Final charges may vary due to additional repairs or parts required. Customers will be informed before proceeding with any additional work.

5. Payments
All payments must be made upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and UPI transactions. Any outstanding dues must be cleared before vehicle release.

6. Warranty & Liability
We provide a limited warranty on select repairs and services. Warranty details will be provided at the time of service. Indo German Motor Works is not liable for any damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, misuse, or negligence post-service.

7. Vehicle Pickup & Delivery
We offer vehicle pickup and delivery services upon request. Customers must ensure the availability of the vehicle at the agreed location and time. Additional charges may apply.

8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage or mechanical issues. We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle during service.

9. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled with prior notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Gurugram, Haryana courts.

11. Privacy Policy
Customer information is collected solely for service purposes and is not shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

12. Amendments
Indo German Motor Works reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be communicated via our official website or email.
